NTP, Certified GAPS Practitioner
Sunny Hougan
SUNNY HOUGAN
Hougan, NTP, CGP, is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP) based in the Sunny picturesque Pacific Northwest, where she passionately embraces homesteading. Born with a cleft palate, Sunny underwent numerous surgeries and battled chronic health conditions throughout her life. Her health challenges eventually led her to retire from her 25-year career in early education. Recognizing the transformative power of diet and lifestyle in managing autoimmune conditions, Sunny discovered the GAPS Protocol, which catapulted her from a place of illness to thriving health. Today, she manages a flourishing online private practice dedicated to guiding others through the GAPS journey.
Sunny finds joy in connecting with food, tending to her sheep, chickens, and rabbits, and cultivating her garden. An avid nature enthusiast, she savors camping, hiking, and embracing the outdoors. Sunny and her husband, celebrating over 30 years together, cherish time spent with their loved ones.
In addition to her private practice, Sunny enjoys being a member of the GAPS Training team. In her role as the GAPS Intellectual Property Specialist, Sunny meticulously ensures clarity and consistency in every project she undertakes. She also finds fulfillment as a GAPS Guide, contributing to Certified Practitioner Training courses. Currently, Sunny collaborates with GAPS Coach Camila Titone as co-chair of the GAPS Graduate Collective: Mastermind & Mentorship for Coaches and Practitioners, available through GAPS Training. A lifelong learner, Sunny is deeply committed to empowering others on their health journeys.
Sunny also provides mentorship to GAPS Professionals
Sunny is excited with her most current collaborative project with Camila Titone - The GAPS Connection. This is a monthly community Q & A style webinar welcome to all. Please join us the first Friday of each month. Please reach out in contacts for more information.
